REFUND POLICY
Returns
For in-store merchandise: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Subscription Cancellation
Please note that we require 48 hours advance notice of cancellation before your next subscription fulfillment date.
For Perishable Goods:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Because of the perishable nature of our menu, items such as food, cold-pressed juice, nut mylks, smoothies, and coffee cannot be returned. However, if there is a problem with your recent order or purchase, please reach out to us with details immediately at: info@thrivejuiceco.com so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective. If something is wrong with your in-store purchase, please bring it in to our storefront location immediately to exchange it for a new item of the same value. Note: Presenting a receipt is required for any exchanges.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
